The retailer sells configurable seats online and needed a factory able to accept per-order trim specifications and still deliver within a predictable window.
Our solution
- Created a configuration sheet for shell finish, trim material, stitching and embroidery.
- Supplied model-specific brackets so customers receive a complete kit.
- Photographed each finished seat before shipment for customer approval.
- Double-boxed seats with corner protection for courier shipping.
The result
Made-to-order seats are now a core category for the retailer, supported by approval photos that reduce returns.
