Terms of trade

These summary terms apply to quotations issued by Shanghai Mars Industrial Co., Ltd. (Auto Accessory Factory). Final terms are confirmed on each proforma invoice.

Quotations

Quotations are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Prices are in USD and exclude import duties and taxes unless the quotation is DDP.

Payment

Samples are paid in advance. Wholesale orders are typically 30% deposit and 70% before shipment; other terms may be agreed.

Warranty

Products are warranted against manufacturing defects for 12 months from delivery. Claims require photos or video and the order number. Damage caused by incorrect installation, modification or accidents is not covered.

Fitment & compliance

We confirm fitment from the vehicle details provided by the buyer. Buyers are responsible for compliance with local road-use regulations in their market. Vehicle brand names are used for fitment reference only.
