The challenge
The distributor needed a single supplier for Toyota Land Cruiser, Prado, Lexus LX and GMC-adjacent platforms, with lamps that survive high ambient heat and dust, and consistent stock for repeat orders.
Our solution
- Selected 18 SKUs across Land Cruiser LC200, Prado 2014–2021 and Lexus LX570 headlights and tail lights.
- Validated each connector against GCC-spec vehicles before the first container.
- Added extra sealing checks and heat-soak burn-in before packing.
- Supplied neutral cartons with the distributor’s labels and QR install guides.
The result
The distributor now reorders monthly on a mixed-SKU basis, with stock planned against a rolling forecast so best-sellers are not out of stock during peak season.
